Ah, this looks like the right place to announce this :-). I am working on a KDE lj client, since the current one (KLuJe) seems to have stopped development. Download from here, discuss here or reply to this post. Atm just login and post, but it does do custom friends posts, community posts, XMMS detection. Pls lmk what you all think. Next version should be out within the week, to include history editor and (possibly) tabbed simultaneous login.

Also, can anyone tell me what screened replies do? I have not put an option for this in my client yet as I don't know wtf it does!

If screening of replies is turned on, only the person posting a comment and the owner of the journal to which the comment is posted can read the replies, until the journal owner unscreens the reply. This allows a user to prevent obscene or otherwise unwanted comments from being seen by the readers of his or her journal.
