Me, for now. My advice is to release it, gain some users, debug it, and work up to a 1.0 release. At that point it's probably ready to be put up on the page. I know that getting users is much easier if you get promoted on the page, but truthfully, the users that you'd get from the downloads page won't be very tech-savvy and not too useful for debugging purposes. If you're really dedicated to producing a client, create a community for it, support its users, and announce any major new versions in this community. Once it's stable and well-supported, I'll gladly submit a patch to put it up on the page.

Thanks! I've got a few of my LJ friends who are tech-savvy using it now and I do have a few small install issues to work out. (which is why i said 3-4 days.. ugh.. good ol' dll hell) It's a toolbar for IE (similar to the google toolbar). here are some screenshots in my journal ( in new window) | |
