[sobaker]
Simple extension for Mozilla Firebird which adds a context menu option to blog a link to the current page and the selected text (if any) in your LiveJournal.

Link: LJPost 1.0

Hope it can be useful for someone.. Please send you bug-reports :)

upd: New version (1.01) allows you to use tabs and load livejournal tab/window in background.
upd: New version (1.02) adds preferences support for Netscape/Mozilla and allows to reset settings to default state.

I've been boning up on Javascript, CSS, and XUL over the past two weeks b/c I'm interested in taking on the now abandoned LiveLizard project. Something in Moz1.3 broke the embedded editor. Enough background...

If I do take on the LL project, I was wondering if you'd mind me incorporating this, or something similar (i.e., select, and send to LiveLizard for additional commentary) into the LL functionality?

I think it would be great.

I was thinking about adding an option to LJPost to use LiveLizard instead of web-form, but LL just doesn't work now.

Good luck!
