Thanks for the diagnostics.
The software was tested on T610 emulator and everything worked just fine. Even more, doomcomplex
helped me a lot with beta tesing on T616 (american version of T610), and we've managed to resolve all the problems on this platform - finally he reported success.
However, in the real world, there's two extra factors that make sense:
- network setup on your phone: please ensure that Java applications use correct connection profile & connection settings;
- WAP/Internet setup of your cell phone provider. providers may forbid direct HTTP communications, or certain methods, like POST - I can't say in advance; if your phone uses WAP for HTTP communications, there may be additional restrictions on the WAP gateway.
If you use any networking Java applications other than LJ2ME and they work for you - please let me know. I'll try to re-create the issue locally.
