Hi,

I've written LJ to WAP proxy server http://jt.pp.ru
You can read recent entries, comments and friendlist of any user on your wap phone. 'Logged in' users can read private/protected entries, post and comment.

There are some limitations (S2 pages are poorly supported, some friendlists are parsed better than others).
Your comments are always welcome.

Do you screen scrape? If so, wouldn't it be faster/easier to just the flat or xmlrpc interface to livejournal? Then you don't have to deal with any of the custom styles.

There is neither xmlrpc nor flat interface for friendlists/comments processing.
Moreover, as far as I'm concerned, you can read only your own entries using 'client way of doing things'.
My proxy allows you to read recent entries and friendlists of any user/community

wml pages that I build say nothing about T9. Do you mean to say that you can use T9 on the other WAP pages, but can't use it with lj-wap proxy?

You can post (and comment) if you are logged in.

Yes, I know about this issue. Some phones has 2 hardware programmable buttons, others have only one.
I'll try to make it usable for 'one-button' phones in the nearest future

I had found a really good wap site that lets me post private entries from my cell phone but your site was the first I found that let me _read_ them! :)
