someone can tell me, how i can get itemID for my post? not that itemID, returned by getevents, but related to comment on post one, such as http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?journal=ai017&itemid=????

Well, when you use postevent it will return itemid which is what you're looking for. :)

As for getting the number of comments... no, unfortunately. Unless the user is a paid user, in which case you can create a custom style and have it spit data out in a text format that would be easy for your code to parse. Ugly, yes, but the easiest way to do it.

For each event, multipy the itemid by 256, and add the anum.
