Hi guys..

Just wondering if you have to perform a login before doing a postevent ?? I can perform a login sucessfully, but whenever I try and do a postevent it says invalid password, even though the password is 100% valid.. the same one i am using when just sending the login.

You don't have to login before posting. Technically. But if you don't login, you can't set fastserver cookies, or get image keywords or mood keywords, or even shared journal access.

Are you sure the password isn't being modified somehow inadvertantly? Try test/test and make sure.

You don't need to call login unless you need to retrieve some user and server data which is returned by the login protocol mode. If you don't need any of this data, you don't need to call login at all.
