Want to announce Perl/LJChk-0.0.6.
It's a LJ-client, which allow you to check new postings from your friends and notify you when it updates. Also it can help you to track chenges in your friendof-list.
Perl/LJChk-0.0.6 supports xmlrpc protocol to communicate with LJ-server. UTF8-encoding supported as well (you can configure it to decode UTF8 to any charset supported by your Unicode-module).

- RPC::XML (0.50);
- Unicode::MapUTF8;

Yes, RPC::XML is just great. :) I had a lot of problem with RPC::XML-0.29, which I has installed from /usr/ports collection (on FreeBSD), but when I updated it to 0.50, it made me glad. :))

Looking back over my change-log, 0.29 would have been a pretty rough package to do anything with. I've fixed a lot of bugs since then.
